Rubber Perptizer DBD(SS)

Properties：  Light yellow powder, low toxicity, no pollution, soluble in benzene, ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents, insoluble in water. Contact with skin may cause dermatitis. Has the best storage stability.
Applications： Natural rubber or plastic solution of styrene-butadiene rubber agent should be used under the temperature of above 120 ℃, especially suitable for high temperature mixer processing, should be joined at the beginning of the plastication. Does not affect the performance of rubber aging, not cream. Dosage is 0.05 to 0.5% in the natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber in amount of 0.5 to 3.0%.
Package：     25 kg plastic woven bags, paper with plastic film bag, kraft paper bag.
Storage：     The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.
