Willing has set up enterprise Technology Center, Henan Rubber Auxiliary Engineering Technology Research Center, Henan Rubber Auxiliary Industrial Design and Research Center and Henan Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, forming a relatively complete technology innovation system. And with Tsinghua University, Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Tianjin University, Zhengzhou University, Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Organic Sciences and other well-known domestic units to carry out a wide range of industry-university-research cooperation. It is a national high-tech enterprise, an innovative Enterprise of Henan Province, a demonstration enterprise of Technological Innovation of Henan Province, a demonstration enterprise of technological innovation of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and a national enterprise with advantages in intellectual property rights.

Willing has always adhered to the development strategy of "leading technology, leading quality and leading cost", and developed a number of industry-leading core technologies such as new solvent method, hydrogen peroxide oxidation method, oxygen oxidation method, electrolytic oxidation method and microchemical continuous production. It has passed 11 scientific and technological achievements appraisal, among which 1 has reached the international leading level and 1 has reached the international advanced level, and won 2 second prize and 2 third prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress.
